Start with a belt of your own
Measuring a well-fitting belt you already own is the best way to determine your belt size.

Follow measurement guidlines
Lay the belt on a clean, flat surface. Start a tape measure at the hole you use and measure to the end of the belt, where it meets the buckle.

Round to the nearest inch
Belts are measured in inches and you should round to the nearest inch. If you measure 34 inches, you will want to purchase a size 34 belt.
